I posted pic showing my townhouse to point out I am not in a secluded area or anything. Busy neighborhood, mostly families here. Mine is something like 30-40 years old and my brother got it at a flea market for 50 bucks.

It's worth around $100 but the action is shit, the tuning pegs got all rusted from my brother dragging it through seawater in the ocean, and it's now missing a string so I decided to coat the thing in a sea of acrylic paint colors because at this point I'd rather destroy it than spare another person the suffering of playing it.
