Damn. I grew up in the Quad City area, and I remember every single car, without exception, was all graffiti'd up. When I moved to a different state and had seen clean rail cars, I asked my friend why they didn't have graffiti. No joke.

I don't think I can name many places in this country where urban rail lines are in such well kept places, usually it's all unkept willows or broken asphalt and plasticbags everywhere.
