The Motobecane is nicer, but a bit too large for you. The Royce would fit you better, but it has shittier components (fucking cottered crank), yet a very nice saddle.

I was wondering what you guys thought of this deal I found.
This guy wants $150 for an old Bianchi (pic related), but I have no idea of what the value would be.

Hard to say with such a shitty picture and no details. It looks kind of neglected, but nothing too terrible. I'm not sure but those look like old 105 brake calipers, so if the rest of the bike is 105 too, definitely go for it.

I'd ask for more info first, and go check it out.

I asked some more and he said it's a Bianchi limited. From what I've gathered, it looks like an '86-'87 model which came with shimano 600 (ultegra) components.
This guy doesn't seem to know much about bike though.

What extra stuff isn't actually useful to you? If you're taking it to the store then you ideally would be using the locks and putting your shit in the basket-thingy.

You could definitely consider just going to your LBS and getting a new one, would have to get some accessories though. If you're riding 20 miles without the ability to fix a flat you're gonna be in shit sooner or later.

These are all a tiny bit too large for you, and two of them are over your budget, but your CL sucks and these were the best deals I could find. I'm 5'9 myself and I've ridden bikes one size too large for me, it's no big deal. Nothing a shorter stem can't fix

PS: The Sirrus is fucking GREAT

It looks like a very nice bike. More of a serious racer, but you could definitely use it in that capacity. Stays and seatpost look to be aluminium (?) so you would probably be able to stick a rack on there if you're so inclined.

Only thing I'd change is the pedals, those are a road type that uses exposed cleats, awful for running errands on the bike.

You can get a basic pair of flat pedals for $10-$40.

Tyre spare isn't strictly necessary, but a spare inner tube ($10 or less) definitely is. Then a pump and flat kit (patches, tyre levers, multitool). You can get packs with a saddle bag or something similar or buy them separately.

Most basic maintenance you'd want degreaser (get this from a hardware shop not a bike shop maybe and save money??) and chain lube. Depending on the conditions you ride in could probably go weeks without bothering.
