public transportation is absolutely awful, not even considering the buses being 20 minutes late as a hobby.

I can get to work in 15 mins on a bike as opposed to 50 minutes (3 miles away, prolly even less).

Which of these bikes have the best quality?

Are they all at least 50-75% cheaper than store price? cause I sure as hell don't see any of these on shops for under 300.
