And yea the V12 Vantage S is so good. I mean I'll probably never own one but the lack of manual was disheartening until some guy wrote in to Vantage Magazine a while back explaining how he cut a check and got a manual. Money fixes everything I guess

smh there's so much appreciating the looks and stats of a car but the feeling of riding along in one is totally different. I've been for a ride in a friend of mines almost straight piped Aventador twice and the idle its self is amazing. you feel almost like you're in a fighter jet just from the V12 scream. the car literally sucks you into the back of the seat as well. it's surprisingly comfortable too the ride.

For an equal price, both brands can be out done in terms of top speed, acceleration, handling, drivetrain (Exception being the Ferrari 458. The transmission on it is god tier), comfort, usability, EMPEEGEES, maintenance, and just about anything else you can imagine. The only thing Lamborghini or Ferrari excels at above all else is screaming you have money.

So, if I were to choose, I would take Ferrari. It's more known as an I HAVE MONEY GIVE ME ATTENTION car.

If I were averse to conspicuous displays of wealth and gave in to nostalgia, Jaguar E type modernised.
If I were interested in a real driving experience? I would buy an open wheel type of car on the cheapo -formula 3, f renault- and save the rest for engine repairs, track day expenses and lessons.

Modern lambos look too try hard for me. I think they are cool though. And yes, the ferrari dealership experience alone makes me cringe. I never got the whole make the same car all over again and pretend its different vibe from porsche. Aston makes a more interesting "timeless" car.

I just realized maserati might just be a cool: not too douchey, not too snobby, sporty enough to track, luxurious enough for week end drives, not overly expensive.

IMO the Miura is the best looking classic Euro car

Aventador is the coolest supercar atm.

Hurcan is just so much cooler then that new ferrari turbo thing. BIG V10 in a small lightweight body.

my point was that when you are doing 130mph on a main road it doesn't matter what car you are in, you will get the same sensation.
