I drive an e46 318i touring (N42B20).
Since yesterday i have problems best described by this video:

I went to the shop and they told me my chain probably lengthened. They only read the failure codes. They are as following:
10115
10113
10137
10101
The car is almost 10 years old with 116.000km. A car about equal in condition would cost me around 5.000€.
Is it safe to say i have to replace the chain? Is there anything else that could be responsible?
What would the chain replacement cost - and is it worth it at a rebuy price of about 5000€ ?

Only owned American cars for my toys, just totaled my Camaro and I'm thinking about getting a JDM car or some sort of foreign performance car. My budgets about 7000 and the cars that intrigue me the most so far are the evo, integra, and mr2. What are the best cars for under 7000 for high performance? Also out of those what cars have good aftermarket support for cheap like about what Tuner would be cheapest to reach 350-500hp? I've never messed with these cars and don't know much about them.

Tips for learning to drive with manual transmission? Some things I've noticed but dunno how to fix: i'm driving too much on right side of the road, because I'm too afraid that i could hit oncoming car (even though it's normally driving in their lane). Sometimes after turning left or right in a junction I cross the white line with tires and can potentially hit a car.

it can be ugly and shitty and have everything break as long as the parts that make it drive don't break down on me, or are relatively inexpensive to fix
