Depends on your idea of too much power. If you give it more than half throttle at a stoplight you'll look like a douche and any more and you'll break the tires free. It can be pretty docile if you take it easy though. Plus 550hp is tons of fun and it will definitely never get boring. Once the warranty is up I'm planning on getting a pulley+tune.

It is awful to get in and out of but once you're back there though it's pretty comfy. Plenty of leg room and nice seats. The coupes roof being cut means that you have to lean/slouch if youre over 6' though.

Only had it about 3 months so far and it only had 8000 miles when I bought it. Would be pretty sad if there were issues. Completely perfect so far, and I plan on keeping the drivetrain stock until the warranty is up.

Bought my 2010 v coming from an s2000 and i really never looked back. Ventilated recaros, 556 hp and the comfort of a Cadillac. My only complaint is i wish i would've really been patient and get the black diamond/saffron combo but, settled for black raven/black recaros

But now the ats-v has me all hot and bothered so it may be traded in soon

I still don't understand how people like the saffron seats, I think it just looks strange. Black interior was the way to go.
The ATS-Vs definitely look nice and it'd be cool to have the new chasis and faster lap times of the ATS-V. I don't think I'd be alright with the downgraded interior (dat gague cluster) and losing the raw power and sound of the V8 though.

Well, the GT was a pre-production mule that was tested by a Japanese racer unfamiliar with the track. Whereas the Miata was tested an American Racer who has conducted dozens of tests at this track. The wasn't pushing nearly as hard as Randy was in the Miata.
