I have a getrag 360 that i bought. Swapping auto to manual in my cummins. I hand cranked the trans and engaged the syncros. Everyone except the reverse one engages immediately. I have to really press the syncro in to engage reverse. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or if the gear forks will put a greater amount of pressure on the syncros to engage them better.
