I actually tried purchasing some land so I can just buy/build a tiny home $30k and get a drop in/prefabbed garage $30k-ish, but my bank told me straight out they don't do loans for land.
So I need to front like 50k for a decent spot. I probably wont even qualify for a commercial land loan or wont be able to live in their per building codes. I would love to have something like Magnus Walker.
