The problem with swerving into oncoming traffic when an oncoming car loses control, is that you have NO FUCKING IDEA where the car is going to go, and NOT ENOUGH TIME to judge what to do accurately.
The best course of action, in all instances where a hazard presents itself suddenly in front of you, is emergency braking, to a stop if necessary.
