How do you guys clean up the engine bay?

What products do you use? What tools?

Anyone got any suggestions of how to clean up an engine bay good?

I do care about it, and I know a lot of mechanical stuff, but the cleaning and detailing parts are just boring to me so I don't really bother.

I do probably need to do it soon to my project car

Engine cleaner by Gunk does a good enough job. They make a three different ones, you can do a three step process but the foam one does good and it's fun.

Srsly. I've been doing it for 10 years and it works beautifully on modern plastic engines. Smells nice, too.
