We have a lot of "dream vehicle" threads where the reason you don't have it is because you can't afford it. How about we have a thread about your dream vehicle that you could realistically buy but you just can't find.
>Kawasaki KL 250G "Super Sherpa"
I'd give my left nut for this little thumper with ammo cans for saddle bags, a sheepskin seat cover, and a map pocket on the tank. Then I'd spend the rest of my life riding every single mountain I could possibly find.
But honestly it's not like it's anything revolutionary, there's lots of good 250 dual sports out there. I just have this strange fetish for rare dirt bikes... especially ones that had a cool name or some other kind of oddball/neat-o feature.
I blame this on the fact that I got a Honda TR200 Fatcat when I was 16. I developed a real love for it because I got it on a "You fix it, it's yours" basis, then rode it to work every day until I had finally saved enough money to buy a truck. My job was hard, and my boss was a dick, but I started and ended every day by swinging a leg over that plus-sized beauty, kicking it to life and riding up and down a country road. Good times...
