>Guy in front of me stops to turn without using turn signal
>I look down to change heater a second before
>look up and see he's completely stopped
>slam on brakes and turn right to try to avoid him
>wet roads because northwest
pic related. He had no insurance and I just have liability. Decided not to report to insurance since I have no proof he didn't signal until he was stopped.
Guys I am seriously broken over this. I fucking love my little Celica. I bought it for $2400 in late august. Went to a few autobody shops, got a wide range of estimates. Most tried to fuck me because I'm paying out of pocket. Larger, more popular ones said to trash or part out the car and buy a new one. A couple Russian shops are giving me deals because my brother in law is a friend. So far I have an offer for $500 but he can't do it for another month. Really sketched out by the low price. Other one said $1400 if I supply the parts.
Should I do it? How fucked am I? Its a 1990 Celica GT. I'm a college student working a minimum wage job. I will have to use my very limited savings to pay for this or a new car.
