Does anybody know anything about Wyoming? I'll be moving to Cheyanne WY soon. I'm currently in Chicago, and am excited to move somewhere with more /out/ options. I checked and Cheyanne is one hour from the medicine bow national forest, and about 1 1/12 hours from the Colorado Rockies.

Anybody know anything about the culture? Is it boring? Depressing?

So /out/, I'm going to be hunting deer for the first time this november. It's in a kinda rugged desert/mountainous unit for whitetail. Has anyone ever done a similar hunt and have some suggestions? Or anyone general hunting tips?

Crossbow or Bow?

I'm going hiking this weekend and I"m not to experienced, what should I bring /out/? By the way picture related is the mountain I'm hiking, Mount Barney in Queensland is standing about 1.5km high

Does anyone know the location of any Indian mounds, burial sites, old villages and camps, etc in the south (Georgia preferably)? Best case would be unknown or at least off the beaten path sites to avoid detection.

Share stories of items you dug. Personally I have recovered clothing, bows, arrows, and various stonework such as axes. The sites can generally be covered over pretty easily if you maintain the top layer. The key seems to be 1. keep quiet, no faceook posting 2. keep the lights low when on site.

This is a decent /out/ related side business and you can make big bucks on eBay.

protip: carry a fishing pole, if a ranger stops you say you are looking for a nearby pond to fish.
