posting my result. I'm not particluarly happy with this but mostly because I had to delete a few images beforehand due to what would seem to be camera shake. This was on a tripod so I'll have to investigate this.

How many of you (friends/girlfriend/family). Would be keen on a road trip, I can bring a mate, also a photographer.

We can drive to whakatane or something, take the coastal route.

Split petrol, and if over night, another friend of mine may have a tent.

I am working on these photographs, and I would like to get some criticism. I took all of them with my cell phone camera (I have an outdated droid) and edited them in photoshop. I am inspired by Stieglitz's series of equivalents he made in the 20's and 30's, as well as romantic painters like Turner.

Yeah, was a long exposure that's why I asked for more detail because I was unsure how a video standard would affect stills. The closest I can come to guessing what happened was wind moved the sign as cars were going by but this looks more like an electronic screw up than that to me.

My father is interested in taking pictures of wildlife and such. I am currently set on buying this one, thoughts or suggestions? budget is around the price of this one.
