How can I replicate this photo? This abandoned village is about 15m walk from me and I'd like to get some shots, but I'm pretty much new to photography.

What exposure/settings/things do I need to set up to get a very similar photo?

Well, I'm no expert but it looks like about f/10 for 1/125 of a second to me.
Some of the pixels suggest it's at ISO 200.

Snide remarks aside, the look you want is a lot more about post processing than camera settings. There are tonnes of free tutorials for photoshop on youtube and there really isn't a 5-minute quick 'n' easy way around them if you want to actually learn this stuff.

It's an exposure stack (idiots call it HDR).

Beyond That, it's just a b&w with sepia tones (yellow spilt in the highlights at least, probably shadow too, but I can't tell from the thumbnail and can't be bothered to embiggen).

You can tell because of the haloing around the building in the sky.

The sky is banded to shit. I don't think it's an exposure stack. I think it's a (badly) masked levels adjustment.

Halos have nothing to do with exposure stacking

Haloing is definitely a product of poorly done exposure stacking.

Yes, clarity can cause halos. That said, this looks far, far, more like an over worked exposure stack than cranking clarity.
