guys, please help

I need to reinterpret pic related as a photography for an uni work

So I've got some ideas how to set up my lighting:

My first thought was to go to a park just after sunset and set up kind of a rembrandt lighting but with more reflection.

Or maybe go a little before sunset (when the sun is like 25º) and work the reflection a bit.

but I don't really know what i'm doing, I'm kind of new to photography and some advice would be deeply appreciated.

Also, I don't have any pro gear

Just my D3200 kit lens
white foam or chrome tray as reflector
and vegetal paper as light diffuser (If needed)

As you can see by the shadows, it doesn't look like a sunset - at least not to me. It looks like a 12:00 - lunch time, maybe? Idk what time you lunch - Sun. I would go for bright sunlight and a reflector - a big piece of cardboard is all you need on her left side. And in this case, I would also avoid the Rembrandt light, because, well, this is not a Rembrandt, right?

At a first glance it does look like 12:00, but if you look at her hand's shadow it looks more like 17:00~18:00

Yeah, its strange. Well, painters, you know? Always with that opium and absinthe. What you should really take care, is with the composition/theme and how to handle your model, you know? Not anyone today goes to a park and read a book, if anyone do read, is an ipad. Reinterpret does not mean copying. Understand the image, and do it your own way, you'll be fine.

I don't see anything hard about this. Get a chubby dark-haired pale model with a white dress (with a V-neck) on a grass with some bushes behind. Powder, Rouge cheeks, slightest washed kayal under eyes. Make her do the pose (take care of the line of her right arm is paralell to the line of the left shroud/neckline, and the head near to orthogonal to it) and setup a key light (be careful with the light temperature, and look that you don't fight against too much ambient light) with diffusor in the right angle. Alternatively make some tests beforehand, at which daytime the sun is standing correctly (you can vary by location, think about planar and steep grounds). Some clouds will be needed at shooting. Orientate on the shadow of the nose and hands and look at the reflection in her eyes. Put the camera on 0° or -1/-2 on neck-height. Shoot with a wide aperture to get the bushes blurred a bit. The rest is common sense.
