Meaningful critique is not something you're going to find online, NatureGuy is right on point on this. But neither is something you'll find on photography or arts groups: those will tell you a bit about the material aspects of your photographs (such as composition, framing) in a very superficial way; or talk about the "influences" of your pictures; or discuss the "meaning" and the "indices" of your photographs. Unfortunately, none of these will be really meaningful for your photography, maybe, at most, for your interpretation of photographs. I've been there, done that.
The most genuine critique you'll get will come from people that are not particularly interested in photograph or arts, but are real sensible and aware day-to-day people. Most of the time they'll not be able to discuss this-and-that formal aspect of the photographs, but rather will tell you what they see, maybe some detail awakening some captivating memories, some thinking started by the picture; and finally the overall feel of the pictures, the series etc. Which is the most important input you'll get, since, starting from this point, you'll be able to confront what you perceive from what others perceive from the same image.
Thus, go home and meditate: what is lacking in your pictures and what the pictures of photographers you like are full of?; why you photograph what you photograph (this is most important for portraits, maybe); and such thoughts. But don't over-think: try to practice every insight you get, and analyze it executions.
