Hey /p Need advice.
I volunteer with a national charity involved in conservation in the UK. I regularly take photos of the group and I've always made clear that any photographs they use simply accredit them to me.
They regularly appear on facebook and I don't bother tagging them for that issue. However my photograph appeared in Lancashire Life and it was accredited to the staff member and not me.
To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I spoke to the staff member and I was assured they would speak to the head communications officer.
What would /p do, what should of the charity done when a national publications falsely accredits that photo to their staff member?
They broke a verbal contract with me about the use of the photographs.
Picture is not related.
