what can you guys tell me about photographing the sun? any interesting technical background (is it damaging for the camera? how to/ what does one have to know if one wants a good picture of the sun - is a "good" picture even possible? and: does it have history to take a picture of the sun?/ any artists/ photographers who took pictures of the sun who are worth mentioning?
