Can I send electricity in the remote plug ?

I found a 15€ 75W stoboscope that can be trigered with a <10V power supply.

nope, remote only has closing contacts i think, what you can do is the following; use a remote flash trigger, use an old flash for the contacts, create with relays and an external source/9v + aa batteries a remote trigger for the strobe working at 10v and being triggered by the flash contact
