Add a bit of glow to bright sections, paint in some light reflections, disable bloom and dof in-game and instead get a tool for viewing the z-buffer and take a screenshot of that and the game so that you can use Photoshop's lens blur which will allow you to give the blur the shape of a camera's aperture, add some noise and then denoise it, add some chromatic aberration about edges where it goes from dark to bright, add a bit of lens distortion, add some more noise to shadows.
