>>530232Not OP, but it's an interesting question. Japan has a long tradition in paper making and washi is/was widely used for pretty much anything. But most origami paper is de facto made in China. So, do nips use cheap Chinese paper for everyday stuff, or does their national pride forbid it?
(the other way round, chinks have this weird perception that Japanese products are higher quality, and tourists scavenge duty free shops for simple household stuff like knives and toilet seats)
