In fact, it's about all I've found. Years ago /po/ had a lovely selection of pop-up birthday cards and I was presented with one featuring a 3D gift box and a cat holding a note card. I wish I still had it but I don't.

Assuming the design is of a decent make the durability and quality of the model is mostly based on your own capabilities. It isn't really a question on how much money you can sink into it, but how much time you can put in it.

If you just use cardstock paper, the durability is still very flimsy since these models are usually hollow. They will need to be reinforced if you intend to do more than just display them.

Same guy did one for the Jackal as well, I've been messing with it for months on and off as I"ve had time. I take the pdf file to UPS and have them prin it in decent cardstock in laser color, pretty cheap compared to buying a printer.

Take a look at the way Li Hongbo makes his paper sculptures. The way he glues it together in this video is almost what you'd want to do.

You'd need pieces of card all cut to the same shape (chair, or whatever), then glue them together in a similar method to that video.
However on each layer you'd need to alternate the glue lines so that they are directly in the middle of the ones on the previous piece, this will make the honeycomb structure you'd need for both of your links.

Best way to do this I'm guessing would be to make two stencils in the same shape as whatever your making with the lines cut out so you can paint the glue on accurately. Also looks like you'd want to glue the edges together on every other piece to make sure it's nice and neat.

Hoborginc seems to have excellent ones but I'd like to find more on the same level. Most I see are either brilliantly modeled with terrible textures, poorly modeled with great textures or brilliantly modeled with great textures as paid PDFs.

Please recommend me some good ones, I'm particularly into sniper rifles and LMGs (big guns in general).
