just timed, took me 2 and half minutes to fold a crane, haven't done it in ages so probably could be a bit quicker. Anyway that's over 40 hours for 1000 cranes,

I guess if you sat down and did it one after the other it's a bitch, but if you're not in a rush, it's just 3 cranes a day and you'll have it done in a year.

Made it last summer, I did it in about 3-4 weeks.

But I think I could do it in about 5 days (if I did nothing but make cranes for 15 or so hours a day)

No cranes.. But did made about 1500 flowers for my wife last spring for our wedding. This was about half of them.
