Also, you do have some ignorant boomers who think that lower populations from immigration quotas, more jobs from those population limits, nicer areas from segregation, a better economy from strong national production, a reasonably priced housing market, and less inflation didn't benefit them at all. You do realise a nigger neighborhood can be just as expensive from higher taxes, right? The city knows the property values are shit, so they make it up with high property taxes. This is why nigger bitch about rayciss taxes, but don't realise it's like that because they shit up property values. Apartment? Have fun still spending about $1000 or more a month because there's no way you'll get all of the benefits and helps blacks can get, and those landlords need to make up the cost from shitting up their apartments with Section 8. Add in the rick of getting your door kicked in and your shit stolen, or shot on your way out to work, and that can get even more expensive.

I can agree with the college bit, people waste money getting a shit degree from high dollar schools, partially because some people still believe the university someone went to still matters.

This is why if you do find, say, an apartment that caters specifically to housing the mentally retarded or disabled, it's a high rent shit hole in the middle of a high crime neighborhood. Prior to that the defunding, we had nice, clean facilities where they were cared for, received their medication, and encouraged to become productive to their potential. On top of that, our streets were cleaner and safer when they were not walking around and doing anything to survive.
