I would say that almost causing a whole race to go extinct, then forcing them onto tiny pieces of land and treating them like second class citizens for a much, much longer time than Blacks is a much bigger problem.
That being said, no one should have to apologize for either. Everyone in America will probably agree it was a shitty thing to do. But it's no worse than any other country or nation has done.

Shit fucking happens. It's terrible. But none of the people alive today were the cause of any of this and don't deserve to apologize.
