Epthalic folds are fairly common in Iberians, eh Welsh, Irish and Scots and is a very old Paleo Atlandid, European Phenotype.
It doesn't help that she wears heavy eye makeup and has dark features.
Realistically most Indo Europeans did migrate form Central Asia about 25000 years ago, so there is a possibility the phenotype has an Asian origin I suppose, but that is pure speculation.
