They BECOME red-pilled. I.E. through something happening to them like Abos trying to rape their girlfriend with a stick because "MUH ANCIEENT SPIRUTS" or an Arab trying to beat her for being a whore who doesn't dress right.
You have to let the red-pill come to them, not vice versa. And then, once it happens, you administer small doses of common sense.
E.g. "It's a part of Islamic doctrine to attack women who are not of Islam or dress immodestly. It's just a part of their culture. You can't change their culture."
"Abos are naturally unintelligent. Comes with the territory of living on a deserted rock for centuries with nothing to eat but your babies and emus, if you can catch one."
