I know I know it's MRA shit you don't have to read but it's basically about how "studies show" that women prefer male bosses over female bosses.

Is this because we still live in an evil patriarchy that polices women's speech and calls them bitchy when they dare to be assertive?

I have had countless women tell me how inept women make as bosses and how much better males in management do.

While, I'm not going to say there aren't some stellar women managers I think its safe to say most men don't generally get caught up in the workplace politics that women do.

I've also read a study of where when men (are bosses) succeed in a work setting, they're more likely to bring everyone up around them whereas women will raise up the bridge behind them to stay where they are at the top.

yeah honestly I find women are the same way. whenever i find myself in a situation where im working with or for a woman (from a classroom in college, to a church/charity function) I always find myself treated better than the women if it is a female boss. females probably treat each other like shit just like how males compete. we were made to compliment each other so theres no reason to believe we wouldn't work better together in a lot of scenarios.

There's as animal welfare organization run almost exclusively by young women in my local community, and they've started to beg men to join, because they openly admit that the catfights and constant bickering between the women is destroying the organization. It would be funny as hell, if it didn't affect the animals.

Which brings me to a related topic; I notice men seem to have virtually disappeared from a lot of professions. In the past, most animal welfare organizations were run by men, and they were much better organized. For all the whining about patriarchy, I think men tend to be better bosses and leaders, and provide people with a sense of authority and safety. For example, a man who becomes a vet does so out of a genuine love for animals, but has the authority and competence to back it up. While women seem to be more naturally inclined towards empathy, they're far too wrapped up in the emotional aspect of it.
With that being said, I have come across a lot of competent women who actually seem to know what the fuck they're doing, but it's almost exclusively a trait I see in women over 40 and it seems to be a much more common trait in men.

All my best bosses were women.

Men bitch a lot and can't even say what is wrong. They love to assert how everything works because of them (when it works because of everyone else), but NEVER take the blame for when shit doesn't work (especially when it's all their fuckup).

Women at least try to understand what's wrong before blaming someone else.

You will learn your job better with a woman boss. She will tell you what you did wrong and how to fix it. A man will just scream "WRONG" over and over until someone manages to fix it.

The women that were capable were seldom in 'leadership' positions. Those roles are occupied almost exclusively by women who were promoted for their social skills, not their talent.

But that's just in corporations and other places where such women build nests. Safe zones with little pressure that attract characters that exhibit those traits.

You'll find that outside of established companies, in riskier territory, a different type of female worker does exist.

While I'll agree that women were disciminated against back in the 50s, feminism has never really been a good thing. It's always been an aggressive ideology based on extremism. It's every bit as anti-male as it is pro-women, which I believe is the wrong way to go about it. We see the same pattern in every modern day "social justice" movement. It's about directing their hatred and aggression at a scapegoat, usually white men, rather than actively working for the rights of whatever group they want to help. Even something as mundane as veganism is promoted by attacking meat eaters, rather than promoting animal welfare or health.

People also seem to ignore the fact that the technological advancement and wealth generated by capitalism has been one of the primary liberators of women, as housekeeping was made almost redundant and allowed women to enter the workforce in greater numbers.

Trump is more of an old-school conservative. He wants to help the working man as much as the middle class, but he does so through positive reinforcement by promoting hard work, national pride and traditional values, rather than screaming about wanting to rape and murder the wealthy or throwing free money at people. Where you there? Or have you just been told that this occurred? If so, who told you? Where they alive at that time? If not, then where did they get that idea from?

Just remember that, right now, women are complaining about pay gaps, discrimination, etc, and you know most of it is just bogus. What's the chance that the same was true in the 50s, but due to the shrieking that we've endured for years nobody bothers to question it?
