>>54659516Cyrus the Great, formally known as Cyrus II (Kourosh) of Persia; was a Shahanshah (Emperor) of the Achaemenid Dynasty. Under his rule, the Achaemenid Empire saw great expansion over the region of the Ancient Near East, conquering vast swathes of Central-Asia, the Indus Valley, Babylon, the Levant, Egypt, Anatolia, Thrace, and the Ionian islands.
Cyrus is well remembered in accounts by civilizations he conquered, being described by the Ionian Greeks as a 'just' or 'wise ruler', by the Israelites as being an incarnation of the Messiah, who delivered them from Babylonian captivity, and is mentioned in Isaiah as being directed by God in his kingship of Persia and his deeds abroad. The Egyptians granted him a stela depiction (pic related) which shows a Triple Atef crown granted to him by Osiris, as a subtle nod to the divinity of the individual and the powers that influenced him.
Cyrus is considered among the earliest known rulers in human history to set in motion decrees or laws that led to the open acceptance of outside beliefs, his legacy is felt even today among the people who live in the regions he once ruled. His titles include the following:
>King of Kings>King of Persia>King of Anshan>King of Media>King of Babylon>King of Sumer and Akkad>King of the Four Corners of the World (the known world at the time)>>54659955>>54660066>superior triple dubs, and a double dubsChecked.
