If any of you have been to or lived in China (or Asia in general -Japan) you would know that the traffic is fucking crazy. It's nothing new. You raging in your car isn't going to make a difference. You buy your license by bribing officials and you're allowed to get behind the wheel of the car as soon as you have a license even if you've never had any experience driving a car before. Meaning that Chinese people drive their cars like they would drive a bike, i.e. without any adherence to real rules. And it's never going to get any better.

But seriously, having lived in China for several years, the stuff in the video is extremely mild and stuff that happens every day. I've seen worse, and the driving in big cities is actually pretty good compared to the countryside which is actual insanity. Plus assuming he is a well-paid expat (I mean you're not gonna move to China to work some shit job for shit pay) he could pay a few thousand RMB a month and get a Chinaman to be your personal driver every day. Now you can sit in the backseat and have someone else drive you. Problem solved. I mean even taking taxis on a daily basis isn't expensive at all compared to say Finland, especially taking into consideration you are earning western wages in China, meaning you're de facto rich as fuck.

But yea it's obvious from that video alone that he is some American relucantly moving there because of money and doesn't even attempt to integrate or adapt to the local culture and does his best to live in an artificial America-bubble. Probably lives in a gated compound community with other expat families, like many Americans living in China (especially Beijing and Shanghai) do.
