Well, consider this.
To get a job in Germany, you would have to learn fluent German. Correct?
So why would a refugee be able to speak fluent German in less than one year? Nobody can learn another language in such a short time and those refugees aren't Indo-Europeans so it's going to be much harder for them.

Also what are the possibilities these refugees would want to work in manufacturing cars when everyone knows that robots will replace them in the next decade?

What type of job will these 2000 people have anyway? If they're looking for 2000 engineers, then it's something else. But if it's for manufacturing purposes, well.. it's a shit job that is already going to be extinct in 5-7 years.

WRONG. Engineering student here. German companies come here hunting for workers. German is prefered and grants easier promotions (Duh) but only english is required. Even in syria, someone with a STEM college degree can be expected to have the minimum required english skills.

Sorry to jump here again. The are Syrians which are actually here way longer. You don't need to be fluent in german, but you need to be able to understand and speak it somehow.
The second part of "would want to work in X". This is just not their decision. BMW is paying exceptional good, and right now they are living on welfare. They are required by german law to accept everything (!). When you get welfare you lose every right to refuse a job.
They simply are not fit for engineer jobs thats the problem. If they would be fit enough they would not need the goverment to find jobs for then.

There is no white guilt in Europe (maybe in Britistan because they're all dumb etc). Besides, only Americans refer to themselves as "white people" because anything else would be too complicated for their simple minded brains.

For us Swedes, it's something like:
Swedish > Scandinavian > Nordic > Northern European > Germanic > European and that's it.

Surely you don't associate yourself with Germans, British, French etc just because you're "white"? This isn't America where everyone shares one nationality.

Portugal lost 900k people from 2004-2014 (from a 10m country). We're quite aware of the difference. A refugee flees from war. Half of migrants come from shit holes, like pakistan or ethiopia, but that makes them not refugees. The syrians coming to europe need to cross several borders of states not at war. That makes them not refugees but economic migrants under UN law, because the turkish civil war is not a thing, and the balcans have been at peace for two decades.

Consider Sales and Marketing. A person is more likely to buy something from somebody who is more like him. However, that answer results from a misleading premise. People are not exactly racist. There is a small group of racists that are amplified wildly by the media and are perhaps the most impressive straw man in the history of propaganda. The average person is not racist whatsoever.

They are culturalist. A person who hates based on facial morphology or skin color can be said to be absolutely retarded. But not somebody who believes their culture is superior. That's different. You can't make that person look stupid without being AT ONCE hypocritical ("My culture, which is superior to yours, states that no culture is superior to another's, and therefore you need to adopt my culture or you are inferior" - hopefully you can see why this would be difficult to sell to the intelligentsia).

Exactly this - I work medical sales and part of my area covers Bradistan - I struggle to even get an appointment in there, but my asian counterpart can just walk in with ease, meanwhile she can't get anything in the white surrounding areas.
