You see in pic related how the stones are slightly red? Well this is a designated bicycle road.

This means no pedestrians,especially refugees, are allowed to stand or walk there without a good reason.
If you continue to walk on that side of the pavement I will not stop my bicycle and I will drive over you and your 10 kids.
