Why do people think 'resisting arrest' is a real crime? Not defending any dindus, but recent incidents have got me thinking.

In Massachusetts, on the tax form it tells you to list all income, including from illegal sources.

Obviously no one is going to list illegal income, but if you get caught, they also have you on tax evasion. It's just a way of making it easier for them to pin *something* on you.
