But look at asia, pretty much every country there is shitty, has slumbs, populations that are exploding. Its poorly managed from the top. The people are on average almost capable of leading themselves but they lack the really smart few ones that the whites have plenty off.
Because the asian bellcurve is much more narrow than that of the whites. They are relatively higher on average, but they are all clustered up on that average instead of being spread out like the whites are. That means that they have fewer geniuses like we have here with a similar population.
and a good society needs people like that to function well.
South america is shitty for different reasons though, those people almost have enough IQ points to be civilized, but I dont even know why they wont do that.
