14th amednment (1868) - gave freed slaves citizenship

Elk v. Wilkins (1886) - Indians were not citizens

U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) - gave children of LEGAL immigrants citizenship

Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 - Indians were now considered citizens

I don't want to be that guy, but children are children - and let's be honest, the assimilation of US born hispanics is a lot more given and easier than the assimilation of a muslim child.
Until there is no mass muslim immigration to the US, there is no reason to forbid mexican children from growing up in there, and as far as I know, you guys don't have problems with illegals from other place/race.

Immediately solves the "anchor baby" problem. The majority of illegals have babies for this reason anyways.

As for the kid, they can come back when they're 18, have a clean record and are fluent in English.
