My puppers of 14 years got a tick deep in his ear and we couldn't find it. He started vomiting and couldn't walk. Could barely lift his head up when he was laying down. I took him to the vet and they don't have much optimism for him as well as it being very expensive.

2)Once he passes away, how long until I move on?
