Why is it when people talk about diversity, they never talk about diversifying China or Africa?

Nice bait. Under 5% of Americans actually owned a slave. They actually purchased them from Africans that had pillaged other tribes. If they hadn't been brought over, they wouldn't be able to live in a 1st world country.

Basically when your nation is made up out of a significant amount of different ethnicities you have 2 options: genocide or try to make it work.

Since genocide is evil and not considered by civilized people you're only left with ways to make the different ethnicites work together. Diversity, affirmative action, white privilege etc is all part of that. Since China is monocultural there's never a need to bring it up in the first place.
