The real reasons for poors are behavioral and geographical. You have to get money from someone who has the money, and in order to get money you need to provide something they will pay for so they can make even more money or get whatever you have.
Countries with more wealth can lower prices on goods because they can purchase more and still remain afloat. This is why the U.S can consume so many more resources than the rest of the world can, because even our people on welfare are richer than most of the people on the planet.
Capitalism itself is far too cruel for most people to stomach as an idea, and this is why socialist policy always becomes popular when the majority are rich enough and believe just giving things away will solve the problem.
Some people are just fucked. Like if you're in the middle of india and you're selling rocks to stay alive and that is your entire existence you really don't have much resources to get to anyplace better.
In America, they'll give you 40,000 or so in student loans because the laws on those loans follow through death. No other loans are like this, and it was passed with good intentions to allow poors to get their value up and offer something to good employers but everyone can't be employable and educated.
There's a real solution to fixing the cruelties of the real world and its not simple ideas. It takes a close examination of how people act and what motivates them, once this is properly figured out they'll change policies INSTANTLY because everyone benefits when the individuals of a nation have more to give.
This is why the American policy of shoving people onto welfare is working so well. Just tax the rich, give the poor money to spend to keep the rich rich, and grow the wealth by those who aren't satisfied being poor.
