Federal weed prohibition is fucking stupid. I completely agree with the matter. However, if it ends up being taxed, and sold predominately by companies like Philip Morris, rather than individual state-based dispensaries, it's going to be completely shitty, and not the utopia some of the people are thinking it will be.
Beyond that, this is obviously a vote grab, and attempt at getting the apathetic pot heads to actually vote. It's pretty gross, if you actually look at it objectively, instead of emotionally.
