We definitely learned about world war 2 and the Holocaust but it was all normal stuff. The only jewish themed literature we read was the short story about the last jewish man on earth killed during an Olympic ceremony. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Trips in Holocaust museums in almost every grade.
Talking to bluepilled professor friend who cares a lot about education, with no prompting from me she one day volunteers that her kid's school has no unit on China, or specifically American history, or being a good citizen/law for kids, but it did have a Holocaust unit every year for every grade.
