I'm thinking of suing St. Juden myself right now. My wife went in because she had a fever. A week later and they're constantly calling and harassing my wife with phone calls to go in, 73 phone calls in a 3 day period. She answers one in the middle of our dinner at a restaurant, they say an Xray came back with Cancer. She's bawling for hours, only 26 with Cancer. I had to calm her down and rock her gently to sleep.
Two days later we get a call, they mixed up my wife with another patient with the same name except with a different middle name. They admit their mistake in writing through email and admit to the harassing phone calls. Now the calls are coming in again, demanding she shows up, they must urgently talk to her. These calls are coming in as early as 5AM.
Again, they want to talk to her about her cancer, they say my wife is at the hospital right now and is belligerent, except my wife is right next to me when they send me an email notifying me she's here. They admit their mistake and try to fix the situation yet the calls keep coming. I leave for work and my wife said she went to the hospital to get them to stop harassing us with phone calls, nurse tells me through email that my wife is at the hospital and two psychiatrist are going to hold her, as well as have guards cover the doors so she can't leave the hospitals. I don't know what else to do here but sue St. Juden
