You wanna know why abortion exists? It is a testiment to how much we have failed, are failing, or are so far behind as a human species. There should be hospitals, schools, and grocery stores on every fucking street corner.
If human needs were met, and every human being were taken care of, abortion wouldn't be an issue.
We are not there yet as a species. We are probably a good 100 years away from full automization in our culture. We are probably 100 years away from automized full lab growth food plants that could end hunger. We are probably 100+ years away from full renewable automization energy power.
Abortion is simple a symptom of the times. A reflection of how far away we are from reaching for technological and human potential.
Personally I fucking hate abortion, but I'm also a realist; this shit isn't going anywhere in our lifetime.
You want abortion to go away? Only more time on this civilization trek will bring it to you (not you, but your grandkids possibly).
