Why is it that so many people attribute the troop withdrawal in Iraq to Obama when the actual withdrawal agreement was created by Bush one year before Obongo's inauguration and then handed over to Obama? Do people automatically assume that Bush wasn't going to go through with an agreement he signed for 2011?

I have my own opinions, but I'm curious to hear yours. Mostly I believe that it's Saudi Arabia's fault because muh wahhabisim and muh oil
