Because black people are caricatures of their own culture.

It's why "sassy black woman" is an actual character trope, where as "middle-aged white woman" isn't. If you asked 100 people to impersonate the former and latter, the results would be far similar for the black woman and disparate for the other.

For young people, it's easy to try and embody another culture when it inherently lacks subtlety. And there's nothing less subtle than African-americans.
