Again, we have liberals, specifcally western liberals to thank for this tragedy.

It caused a lot of heartache, but in the back of their heads the chinese have been incredibly aware the impact overpopulation will have on their country, and the world, and have continually resented westerners speaking for them on this.
They've been an incredibly strong willed and forward thinking country to carrry this out, now that its come to end, I suppose we have a handful of decades before they spiral out of control as a race.
