He can't stump Trump, but he figures that if he can just hang around long enough, Trump will either have to start accepting big money donations, ruining a big part of his credibility, drop out, or start spending huge amounts of money to keep himself in the race.
If people like Trump and Carson can't sustain the massive infrastructure and funding required to compete, it'll fall to the establishment, at which point it's a race between Jeb and Marco.
It's not directed at you, or voters. It's a message to the big money donors and the RNC that they shouldn't drop Bush for Rubio.
