Here's where we may be able to do something. A big part of the problem is that the guns are already out there. We don't know where they are, and the criminals aren't going to tell us they have them. If we can't take their guns, we can try and make them not kill. We can try and kill nigger culture. End the War on Drugs, enact national shall-issue CCW licensing, strengthen Stand Your Ground and Castle Doctrine laws.

Just so you know, medical insurance can't scare off a rapist, or a potential murderer. Most of the people who die in mass shootings probably have insurance. You know what they don't have? Firearms. You argue that only deaths involving guns matter. It always happens. You get rid of guns, and other types of violent crime go up to replace crime. People start getting beat to death. There's nothing to equalize force between, not only the people and their government, but there's nothing to equalize the force between a man in a wheelchair and his potential assailants. The strong can dominate the weak.
