The war on poverty made poverty worse.
Of course, those children won't accept what is roughly 10 minutes of research, and spew platitudes that essentially endorse socialism/communism, despite the fact that not even one century has passed since communism has fallen.
They also will not take into consideration that in communistic countries, the citizens had to wait for the bread, but in capitalistic countries, the bread waits for the citizens (as evidenced by every bread isle and bakery in the country).
But hey, government has done a fine job fucking everything up absolutely everything it touches, so I'm sure that just giving government more power will fix everything.
